Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Information regarding your location;
• Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the App. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the App that are available to You as a registered user;
• To contact You: to contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted Apps, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation;
• To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Employees: we may disclose user data to any member of our organization who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy;
• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with trusted third-party service providers, such as Firebase (Google LLC) and Infobip Ltd. (see SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions below), to monitor and analyze the use of our App, provide analytics, and improve app stability through crash reporting. These service providers process data on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Other Disclosures: we will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

1. If the law requires it;
2. If it is required for any legal proceeding;
3. To prove or protect our legal rights; and
4. To buyers or potential buyers of this company in the event that we seek to sell the company.

• Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC.
• Infobip SMS 2FA API and service, provided by Infobip Ltd.

These services are used to collect anonymized usage statistics and crash reports to improve the performance and reliability of the App.

SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
By providing Your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS messaging from MVP Logistics Software (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), You agree to the following terms regarding text (SMS) or picture (MMS) messages:

1. Program Description
We will send You SMS/MMS messages for authentication and security-verification purposes (for example, one-time passcodes, login confirmations, multifactor authentication). These messages are solely for the purpose of facilitating access to Your account in our software and are not promotional or marketing communications.

2. Consent / Opt-In
By submitting Your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking a box and/or entering Your number and confirming), You expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us at that number for the stated purpose. You understand that Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency
Messages will be sent only when You initiate a login, verification, or other security-related action within our application. You should expect a minimal number of messages (typically one per verification login attempt).

4. Cost / Charges
Standard message and data rates from Your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for any charges You incur from Your mobile carrier. Your mobile carrier’s normal rates, fees or data charges apply.

5. How to Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
If You no longer wish to receive SMS/MMS messages from us, You can reply STOP to one of our messages. After You send STOP, We will send one final confirmation message, and then You will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us.
Please consider this action carefully. If You opt out, You may be unable to use SMS-based login or verification features, which may lead to inability to login if no other authorization methods are available to You.

6. Carriers & Delays
Mobile carriers are not liable for delays, failure to deliver or loss of SMS/MMS messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered. The timing of message delivery may depend on Your mobile carrier’s network or mobile device status.

7. Data and Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any information collected via SMS/MMS are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and by our authorized SMS gateway provider, Infobip Ltd., which acts as our data processor for message delivery.

We encourage You to review Infobip’s own privacy documentation to understand how they handle personal data in connection with message routing and delivery. You can access these documents on Infobip’s website at https://www.infobip.com/policies (including their Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy).

We will not sell, rent or share Your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing use.

These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which our company is incorporated (or Your applicable jurisdiction if required by law). We may update or revise this SMS Terms section at any time; the “Effective Date” shown in the heading will reflect the most recent update. Any updates will take effect upon posting the revised version on this page.
